Inactive African Twitter accounts we wish would return

Websites come and go. So do projects. Resources shift. Priorities change.

Sometimes, despite social media’s growing importance as a PR channel, the Twitter outlet goes silent as the institution it represents moves forward. An example of this is the Burundi Government account.
